Access Aurora APP

The Access Aurora APP

Do you have a neighbor that you believe may be in non-compliance?  Do you see a broken fence/gate not being repaired, do you have a neighbor leaving trash out on non-collection days, do you witness vehicles stored in the City Streets for longer than a week, is there a neighbor who is not maintaining their front yard with regular mowing/watering and weed control?  Do you experience a sidewalk not cleared within 24-hours after a snow storm?  Do you hear a dog barking constantly longer than 12-minutes???

These are just some compliance issues that Access Aurora provides a tool that allows Code Enforcement officers to review the concern via a drop-down menu of concerns that can be selected that allows any concern to be submitted even with photo(s)s.  Such detail allows investigation and review to help seek remedy.

Access Aurora is a simple way for residents to submit issues, requests for service, questions and comments to the city of Aurora, CO. Requests submitted will be responded to quickly and efficiently, and residents will be able to track the progress of their requests on the city’s website and through the mobile application. The mobile application also supports the city’s community conversations on Facebook, Twitter, and Engage Aurora.
