New water bill online payment system to launch in November

To better serve our customers, Aurora Water will launch a new online bill payment system called Paymentus in November. This system provides a faster, more secure and cost-efficient online payment platform.

Starting Nov. 1, customers can set up their Paymentus accounts and even make one-time payments.

All customers will need to re-register their information, including username and password, by Dec. 15. The registration process should take no longer than five minutes to complete. Current AutoPay customers will not be affected by these changes until their January 2020 bill. Aurora Water will ensure AutoPay customers are kept up to date between now and then. Please be aware that our old system, Click2Gov, will no longer operate after Dec. 31.

While features of the old system—paperless billing, AutoPay, etc.—will still be in place, enhancements of the new system include mobile payments on any device, more self-service payment options, as well as payment reminders and notifications. It’ll be easier than ever to pay your bill online. Aurora Water will continue to provide updates as we get closer to launching this new system.

For more information, visit AuroraGov.org/PayMyWaterBill.
