Prides Crossing Master Association is comprised of 546 homes in Aurora, CO. Located just south of Quincy Reservoir, the master planned community features two landscape bordered arterial streets (East Chenango Drive and Wagon Trail Circle), and a large open space near the adjacent Aqua Vista swimming pool.
The community is part of the Cherry Creek School District and Aurora Ward #VI.
The HOA is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of five homeowners elected for two-year terms each.
They meet monthly (third Monday, 6:30 pm) at the office of Cherry Creek HOA Professionals.
Dues are required to be paid monthly. Effective July 1, 2021, each monthly installment is $52.00. A late fee of $25 and a processing fee of $15.00 may be assessed for payments not received by the 15th.
